Shaanxi Haimo patented fracturing technology to help tight gas in Changqing Oilfield

  On November 27th, good news came from the Sulige tight gas field in Changqing Oilfield. Well Su-36-x-xH1, which was constructed using the Hemer temporary fracturing technology, completed the blowout test. The maximum wellhead pressure at the shut-in well reached 25 MPa. The daily output reaches 1 million cubic meters.

  The well Su-36-x-xH1 is located in the Sulige gas field, Ordos City. Construction of the well started on November 2, 2019, and fracturing construction was completed on November 7, 2019. The Shaanxi Haimo technical team optimized the temporary plugging and fracturing construction scheme according to the characteristics of the reservoir of the well, and closely combined the on-site construction process to adjust the temporary plugging and fracturing construction parameters in real time to ensure the temporary plugging effect. During the construction process, the pressure of the temporary plugging agent increased by 5-10 MPa after entering the formation, and the turning was obvious. It effectively overcomes the two-way high stress difference, increases the complexity of fractures, increases ESRV, and effectively changes the reservoir volume.

  The result of this optimization plan is a strong proof that Shaanxi Haimo has borrowed oilfield fracturing experience, in-depth cooperation with scientific research institutes, and successfully developed a composite temporary plugging steering fracturing technology for oil and gas fields.
